These Terms & Conditions apply to all accommodation services booked through hercules-hotel.com , owned and operated by Hercules Hotel, located in Faliraki, Rhodes, Greece

By accessing and using the Website and completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Hotel. The Terms govern the use of the Website, the process of making reservations, your stay, payments, cancellations, liabilities, and all related matters.

The Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect existing reservations that have already been confirmed.

I. BOOKING PROCESS

Reservations made through the Website are considered an offer to book accommodation. Once submitted, this offer is valid for 24 hours. The Hotel may accept the booking within that timeframe, at which point a contract is formed.
To book a room, you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contractual agreements. If booking on behalf of other guests, you confirm that you have obtained their consent and that all provided information is accurate.
The person making the booking assumes responsibility for all aspects of the reservation, including payment, changes, cancellations, and correspondence with the Hotel.
It is your responsibility to review all booking confirmations and notify the Hotel immediately of any discrepancies.
Fraudulent, speculative, or misleading bookings will result in denial of service and potential legal consequences.

II. DESTINATION RISKS

Travel involves inherent risks. You are advised to check any travel advisories, visa requirements, and health guidelines issued by local and international authorities before traveling. By booking accommodation in Greece through our Website, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks. The Hotel is not liable for losses arising from travel disruptions or health-related issues.

III. PHOTOGRAPHS & DESCRIPTIONS

Visual materials, including photographs and illustrations presented on the Website, aim to represent the facilities accurately. Minor differences may occur between actual conditions and displayed content due to ongoing improvements or changes. These do not constitute grounds for complaints.

IV. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Prices shown on the Website do not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you obtain suitable insurance that covers cancellations, accidents, health emergencies, and personal property.

V. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in time: from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out time: by 11:00 on the day of departure.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

VI. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Rates may change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings. If a pricing error is identified, the Hotel reserves the right to correct it and provide the option to proceed at the correct rate or cancel the booking without penalty.
Payments may be required partially or in full at the time of booking, depending on the rate selected.
The Hotel may perform credit card verification, including pre-authorization.
Local municipal taxes and tourism levies must be paid in person upon arrival.
Any additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or foreign transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest.

VII. CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellation and modification policies are clearly stated during the booking process and vary depending on the rate.
If you cancel outside of the free cancellation period or fail to show up (no-show), you may be charged up to 100% of the booking amount.
Modification requests are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
In rare cases, the Hotel may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, overbooking). In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or equivalent alternative accommodation.

VIII. PASSPORTS, VISAS & HEALTH

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and your travel companions possess valid passports, visas, and comply with health and vaccination requirements applicable to your stay in Greece.

IX. CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to use the Website and Hotel services lawfully and respectfully.
Guests must conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb others or cause damage to the property. The Hotel reserves the right to deny access or cancel the stay of any guest acting inappropriately.
You agree to compensate the Hotel for any damages, loss, or legal costs resulting from violations of these Terms.

X. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The Hotel shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your stay, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The Hotel assumes no liability for delays, disruptions, or damages arising from third-party services, including internet providers, transport, or external suppliers.
The Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from proven negligence or fraud.

XI. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES

Any complaint during your stay should be reported to the Hotel reception immediately for resolution.
Post-stay complaints must be submitted in writing to info@hercules-hotel.com within 14 days of departure.
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rhodes, Greece.

XII. USE OF WEBSITE

The Website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without prior written consent. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
